The levers are blunt
When demand rises, studios grow. When cost pressure arrives, teams are cut, work is canceled, or delivery moves. Each decision can make sense on its own. Taken in sequence they disrupt knowledge before methods have time to mature.
Plan the shape before you staff it
Before a team forms we assess how your production actually flows, then plan the shape with you: what stays internal, what flexes, and where the peaks fall. Recovery plans are good. Designing for predictability is better.
Shared capability, not sunk cost
Production management, R&D, tooling and AI capability are built once and used across many studios, rather than funded from scratch inside each one. No studio builds its own engine anymore. The production system around it should work the same way.
